About
Alchemy Creations

“Most advisors can name what’s changing in media. We’ve been inside the companies doing the changing.”

Media is being shaped in real time.
AI is rewriting workflows.
Distribution is fragmenting and monetization is shifting faster than most organizations can react. Most advisors can only describe what’s happening. We’ve built and run things inside it.

Alchemy Creations is a media advisory firm working with broadcasters, streamers, and the technology vendors that serve them. We focus on AI, infrastructure, and the workflows being rebuilt around both.

Our team has run media technology at scale, including roles at Microsoft and Verizon. That matters because the hard part of media transformation isn’t naming what’s coming. It’s getting decisions made and executed inside organizations that weren’t built for pace. That’s the work we do.

How We Work

We work with a small number of partners at a time.

Our engagements are hands-on, fast moving, and built around real outcomes - not theory.

We’re not the right fit for everyone.
But for teams serious about building what’s next - we’re all in.
